According to the Prime Minister resolution (57) dated 15/04/2015, the University President issued a decision to establish the Faculty of Agriculture. Afterward, the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture was assigned by resolution 193 of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in 2015.

The faculty, through its teaching staff, seeks to ensure that its outputs reach the highest attainable rank in terms of theory and science.
1. Working on the development of the private and public agricultural sector. \r\n2. Creating scientific cadres capable of increasing productivity of agricultural and animal enterprises. \r\n3. Promoting scientific research in agriculture.\r\n4. Linking research and science with all the private and public sectors in order to increase the scientific expertise and its practical applications.
